Co-Founder and CEO
Harry co-founded Roster to re-define healthcare delivery beyond the traditional 4-walls of clinics and hospitals. He is passionate about payment models moving away from fee-for-service and toward value-based arrangements; where both patient and financial outcomes are seamlessly aligned, and organizations act in tandem with this journey.
With a background working as Medical Director for Ambulatory Quality and Network Integration at NYU Langone Health, a tertiary-care academic medical center, Harry has a deep understanding of the unique challenges facing healthcare organizations as they navigate the hybrid world of fee-for-service and value-based-models.
He remains a practicing hospitalist at NYU Langone Health and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the NYU School of Medicine. He holds Board Certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine, completed his residency and served as Chief Resident at NYU, and received his MD from the University of Alabama. His work has been published in JAMA, JAMA Internal Medicine, and the Journal of General Internal Medicine, among others.
